Rob Heming

Before starting his real estate career in 2001, Rob Heming spent over 25 years managing large children’s camps, conference centres and outdoor recreational businesses.
As well as his knowledge of the Georgian Bay area, Rob also has particular knowledge of small & large acreage waterfront, resort, campground and recreational properties in the near north from the Bruce Peninsula to Ottawa.
Rob has been an Annual Sales Award Winner since 2003. He has served as a Director, President and Past President of the former Southern Georgian Bay Real Estate Association of Realtors, now known as The Lakeland Association of Realtors.
Rob is active in the local community as a member of the Y’s Men’s Club of Midland in support of YMCA Programs and volunteering with Wendat Community Programs, the Georgian Bay Food Network, the Guest House and other local charities.
My association and eventual friendship with Rob dates back to the year 2000 when my wife Helen and I bought our first cottage in the Balm Beach area.
We soon found out that he was open and honest, and frank with his customers. Through the years, that has not changed. Rob goes out of his way to accommodate and cut through any confusion. Which makes everything go smoothly and worry free.
His years of experience comes to the fore during the transactions and it is enlightening when viewing older properties with them.
We also found that he is extremely charitable to those in society who are struggling. He contributes to and arranges events that support local charities.
